NOTICE FOR REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Request for Proposal will be solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.5 et seq. by the Township Clerk for:
TOWNSHIP DOG WARDEN AND GENERAL ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER
RFP NUMBER: 2024-09
Specifications may be obtained from the Township Clerk’s Office, 6101 Thirteenth Street, Mays Landing, NJ 08330, Telephone 609-625-1511 extension 401 or 402 or by emailing a request to This email address is being protected from spambots. Proposal shall be made on the proposal form provided and, in the manner, prescribed. The RFP shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name of the RFP, and the RFP Number on the outside of the envelope. The RFP shall be returned to the Township Clerk by 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 18, 2024, the day of RFP, where it will be opened and read in the Townships public meeting room. Bidders will be required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 et Seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et. Seq. Affirmative Action.
The Township of Hamilton reserves the right to reject any or all bids if it deems it necessary in the public interest to do so.
